BEAUTLANCE Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we handle it:


Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please note:

  • Refunds are not provided. Instead, a BEAUTLANCE Gift Card/Credit Note will be issued.

  • A return logistics fee of ₹50 is applicable.

  • For any damaged or missing products, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

International Returns:
We currently do not offer free return shipping for international orders.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and invoice intact.

  • Product must be in perfect condition with no damage, stains, or missing embellishments.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The return request is raised after 3 days.

  • Any item from the original package is missing.

  • The product is used, damaged, or mishandled.

  • Free gifts included with the product are not returned.

  • Product was purchased as part of a promotional bundle or during a sale.

  • Product was bought using a credit note/gift card.

  • Return was initiated without prior approval.

  • The product is customized or personalized.

GUFI reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.


How to Request a Return

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.


Damage Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Share clear photos on WhatsApp or email us at support@gufiindia.com.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement.

  • Note: We do not offer refunds for damaged products—only replacements.


Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are allowed if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.

  • A fee of ₹50 applies for exchange logistics.

Gift Card / Credit Note Usage

  • Gift Cards/Credit Notes can be applied at checkout on www.beautlance.shop

  • Enter the code sent to your email; the amount will be adjusted.

  • Validity: 3 months from the date of issue.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders once shipped (COD or prepaid) cannot be cancelled.

  • For prepaid orders, we can offer a Gift Card instead of a refund.

  • Note: We do not offer bank refunds under any circumstances.


Customized Products

  • Customized orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

  • If damaged upon delivery, email us at  with photos within 24 hours.

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement.
